Pretzel Party

Are you a pretzel enthusiast? Come learn the twisted history of pretzels! Then we will get busy, rolling and baking a batch of German-style pretzels in our Heritage Haus. Grandma Lorna’s pretzel recipe has been enjoyed by seven generations at our farm. We use Nightingale flour, grown by local farmers and milled at Star of the West in Frankenmuth. Eat them toasty, hot, and fresh, as the pretzels come out of the oven. There will be pretzels to take along, too.
